Siobhan Cunningham is an executive leader, licensed clinical social worker, U.S. Air Force veteran, and systems strategist who helps leaders build stronger organizations and healthier communities by moving beyond survival mode.
Armed with Ambition, the STRONG Leadership Collective, Rapport Rucksack, and Empower Women Veterans were created to address the challenges Siobhan encountered during her own transition out of the military—because the leadership model she needed didn't exist.
Together, they help leaders, clinicians, and mission-driven organizations move beyond survival mode so they can build stronger relationships, healthier organizations, and thriving communities.
